HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
I'm going to change About Amherst from a blog to a website, and I think it should be more focused -- but on what? If anyone has any ideas, I'd greatly appreciate hearing them. Some of my thoughts:
1) Bugs and other Amherst creatures with insights from About Amherst's entomologist and ecologist, aka Brian.
2) Inns and hotels I've visited and interesting places to go near and far from Amherst
3) Life of Hester (seen above)
4) Amherst, but in a more organized way

Of course I vote for Life of Hester, LOL! I have your blog bookmarked but haven't checked it in quite a while because it seemed you'd stopped posting. I think all four of your ideas are fine.

ReplyDeleteblogger has some new tools where you can add up to 10 separate 'pages' accessible through buttons clicked from the main page; you can give each of those 4 items it's own 'page' while keeping the front page streamlined.
ReplyDeletepeople have a facebook attention span nowadays so I'm thinking it's important to keep the webpage as 'easy in-easy out' as possible.
